All content supplied by Q-Safe should be considered SAMPLE material.

A company must prepare health and safety documentation and systems suited to the activities of the company and the projects worked on.

Q-Safe provides the means to document a wide range of steps that should be taken to identify hazards and then establish what needs to be done to ensure that the health and safety of no company employee, nor other workers on site, nor member of the public is affected by the actions of a company worker performing a task.

Support is available for our customers on how to use the software, and customers are entitled to call Q-Safe support with any questions relating to the software use and aspects of health and safety, as well as the submission of documentation.

We are proud of our history of quick response time, however, it is subject to the availability of the support team and may be affected by communication factors, e.g. power interruptions.  For best results, send an email.

Updates

You are entitled to updates when they are available. Updated need to be done by the technical support team and will generally be done within 24 hours.
To request an update, send your backup to support@qsafe.co.za using www.wetransfer.com or by download link from Dropbox, OneDrive, or a similar backup service.
Online clients are updated directly off the server.

Online clients

Access to the material is by internet access, and data is stored on a remote Linux server hosted by Microsoft Azure. Being a technical system, this may be subject to periodic downtime. In this event, please notify customer support immediately.

Backups

Off-line clients are responsible for their own backups. In the event of a computer failure loss, backups will be imported to an updated system by Q-Safe support at no cost. Online clients are backed up every hour using an independent backup company – www.bastionbackups.co.za.

Q-Safe is not responsible for the content of individual company safety documentation or systems.
